This is a pre-recorded program that you can complete at your convenience.
The program is broken up into eight weeks. Each week, you will have a short video introducing the chakra which I recommend watching first so you know what type of changes to be looking for. You only need to watch this video once, but you can watch it as many times as you want and go back to it throughout the program. The introductory videos are under 10 minutes in length.
The second video in each week will be a crystal singing bowl meditation which varies in length from about 4 minutes up to 20 minutes. The longest is the first one which is aimed to help support your root chakra. For best results, the second video should be listened to for seven days before moving on to the next week's meditation. I might do a short introduction, but in general, I don't talk during these meditations. The aim is for your body to learn and recognize the proper note for the chakra to bring the vibrations and energies in your body into balance. These meditations do not have to be watched as the sound is the most important part of it. It is recommended that you play it in the room and not just through headphones to get the best results.
